Event Highlights:

✨ Pink Stream Cheerleaders: Enjoy a mid-year performance in their performance uniforms and showcase all the hard work they have put in over terms 1 and 2.

Join the Celebration:
🎀 Showdown is all about energy, fun, and a burst of colour!
🎀 We ask that parents get into the spirit with dazzling pink and black outfits, crazy hats, headbands anything fun and loud!
🎀 Best Dressed Prize: There will be a Best Dressed Prize up for grabs! Will you be the winner?

Support Your Allstar:
📣 This event is about sending your Allstar athletes into the competition season feeling loved and supported.
📣 Create and bring vibrant signs to cheer for your dancers and cheerleaders. Let’s make them feel the love from the audience!

Event Details:
Date & Time: Saturday, 9th May, Doors open at 2:45pm for a 3:00-4:45pm show.
Location: UOW Sports Hub

Arrival Info:
🕙 All Allstar students need to arrive at 12:45, with hair and makeup done.

OUR HAWAII SHOWOFF START AT 1:00pm and we want to make sure we all give them a great audience for their last performance before they head to Hawaii! If you have purchased a Showdown ticket, you will get FREE entry to our Hawaii Show off. For those only attending the Hawaii Show off, tickets are $10.

What to wear:
All students must wear their NRG 2026 singlet. If you don’t have one yet, you can purchase one ($40) or you can wear a plain black singlet.

Black shorts are required — this can be the new NRG shorts, Nike Pro, or plain black shorts.

Shoes:

Jazz & Pom: Black Bloch jazz shoes

Cheer: NRG cheer shoes

Hip Hop: Nike Dunk Lows

Black socks are also required.

Hair: Please note this is not how each team will have their hair for comps, this is just to make it easier for changes at our event.

All Allstar Dance routines will have a middle part mid wrap bun

All Allstar Cheer routines will have a middle part mid ponytail

Please note if you are in both Dance and Cheer you will have the 20min intermission to change your hair.

Make up:
Foundation, blush, bronzer, black wing eyeliner, Mascara, Lashes (optional) brown smokey eyeshadow

ALL ALLSTAR ATHLETES - Pink Lips

As the performances are close together, we are keeping changes to a minimum so we will all wear pink lipstick - Maybelline Romantic in Matte Superstay

NOTE FOR YOUNGER TEAM MEMBERS: If your child is in Tiny, Mini, Youth, please have a talk to them about getting help to re-apply their lipstick. In previous years we have had some very enthusiastic performers attempting to re-apply (when they didn't actually need to). We will remind them that they need to ask a senior to help them, but it helps if we're all giving the same message :)

Please check the run order here to see the order of your routines

Please ensure you pack all of your shoes, as well as any makeup and hair products needed for each of your routines. Make sure everything is clearly labelled.

Please pack your dancer a snack, Showdown is later in the day then usual so we won't have lunch packs. Please make sure your dancer/cheerleader has lunch before they come so their snack can keep them going until they finish performing in time for dinner.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Adults $38

Child 12yrs under* $25

*Young children (0-2yrs) do not require a ticket if they will not be occupying a seat and will sit on a parents lap.

Note: Tickets are general admission, there is no allocated seating or limits on number of tickets you can purchase.

Tickets available until sold out.

*** Dancers/Cheerleaders do not need to purchase a ticket to the concert as they will remain backstage. ***
